Small Point is generally open Mid May through the end of October.  Please call to confirm the exact opening and closing date as this will vary slightly from year to year.  We take reservations up to one year in advance.  There is availability throughout the summer, but inquire quickly because it does sell out!

2024 Summer Season Dates:

Summer Season Open: May 17th, 2024 Through October 27th

Winter Season December 2nd through February 12th, 2025

A deposit equal to one night's stay for each room reserved is due at the time of securing dates. If for some reason your plans change, please notify us for a possible refund of your deposit.

The refund policy is as follows:
More than 14 days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus a $25.00 service charge. A cancellation of 14 days or less prior to your arrival is non-refundable unless the entirety of your reservation is re-sold. There is a $25.00 service fee for cancelling with a credit card.
